"Playing the Roxy," Scenes C and D

Now we're in the "living room -that night."  The scene made it in intact but was used to break up what is Scene D in the script.  That scene is set at "the Bass Lodge dining room - night":

IT'S LIKE A DINNER THEATER, A LOT OF TABLES AND CHAIRS, WITH A STAGE AT ONE END.  EXCEPT, THESE CHAIRS ARE FILLED WITH A LOT OF MEN IN FUNNY-LOOKING FISH HATS.  LENNY AND SQUIGGY ARE STANDING IN THE BACK OF THE ROOM, TALKING TO THE VERY PORTLY GRAND BASS.

Here's what the musical cue notes look like:

That last one may mean something musically, but I think it's more likely that it's that the musical cues are on the fourth and sixth pages of this scene.  Notice that onscreen the boys run after Laverne, while here the boys go into a soft-shoe number or something.

    1. I don't know if there's any good way to end it. I guess at least this way though the boys sort of have to face consequences.
